Pricing Terms & Conditions
The pricing options outlined on our website are applicable to standard residential properties within the Cape Town metropolitan area. All prices are VAT inclusive. Additionally, inspections conducted outside of the Cape Town metropolitan area may incur an additional travel fee.
Please Note the Following Inspection Terms:
Inspection fees are payable in full and remain due regardless of whether the client proceeds with any quoted repairs or corrective work.
If the installation passes inspection with no faults, the relevant Certificate of Compliance (COC) will be issued, and no additional fee will be charged for the certificate.
Quoted Inspection prices exclude repairs, materials, and additional labour required to achieve compliance.
Any additional work will be quoted and approved before proceeding.
Discounted upfront rates apply only where full payment is received prior to or on the day of the inspection. Proof of payment must be sent through.
Certificates will only be issued once the installation is fully compliant and the account is paid in full.
Commercial properties, restaurants, mansions, farms, industrial premises, and guest houses are subject to separate customized quotations due to the scale and specific requirements of inspection.
