The pricing options outlined above are applicable to standard residential properties within the Cape Town metropolitan area. For non-standard properties, such as:

- Farms

- Industrial and commercial premises

- Mansions

- Guest houses

We will provide a customized quote for inspection services.

Additionally, inspections conducted outside of the Cape Town metropolitan area may incur an additional travel fee.
