When JP and his colleague Raeez arrived today I expressed my concern and anxiety about the task ahead. They both reassured me that they would do their utmost to ensure an excellent outcome.
This they have done. The job was finished within time, was clean and professional. We are very satisfied with the result and just wanted to express our appreciation not only to them but also for the work and service delivered by Thulani and ‘Archie’. You have a very fine set of staff and work colleagues. They are a credit to DOSS, who I would have no hesitation in recommending to anyone. They are courteous, polite, professional and above all, arrive ON TIME. Something that we don’t see very often.
Well done DOSS and many thanks for the completed tasks.
I will await the CoC and final invoice from you. Also thank you Janine for your assistance in facilitating all of this and the extra work that had to be completed. All done smoothly and without any fuss.

Thank you for your reply email. So appreciate the removal of broken bulb and the work undertaken in my absence today looks highly professional.
I had a plumber here for 2 hours removing over 3 m of roots so all is thankfully now well.
